Motherboard acessories

My motherboard has these headers

 

- 1 x IR header

- 1 x Game header

- 1 x HDMI_SPDIF header

- 2 x USB 2.0 headers (support 4 USB 2.0 ports)

 

all of which im not using at all, I dont really care about anything except the USB ports i could have, what would i need to buy to add these USB ports? I used to have what was needed for this lying around somewhere, it would go in like one of the mounting bracket slots for a PCI card but there was a cable that plugged into the mobo, i cant remember what it was called though.

 

can anyone show me a site where i can buy one of these/at least tell me what its called so i can find it
