It costs 30 dollars since thats all i need, is NOT VAC banned, and includes the following full version games

since when is selling a steam account illegal? Its the same as selling used games isnt it?

 

EDIT: nevermind about this whole thing, i just flocked up some of my math in my check register, steam account no longer for sale, im still not convinced selling a steam account is illegal though.
