Shibathedog
you have to get it from your ISP/email provider, its usually just mail.ISPWEBSITE.com but it could be different i like thunderbird i use it as my email client
Mooney
If you use Gmail, I'm pretty sure you can get a tool that will auto-configure Thunderbird for you.

Weirdy
Yahoo's mail service should provide instructions if you look under a help menu or something. A topic to look for would be "POP Access." Btw, hotmail doesn't allow POP access.

ken_cinder
I use my Hotmail account with Thunderbird. I use a little app that runs in the background called HotPop.Only works with older Hotmail accounts though, any accounts created after MS instituted their automatic account inactivity deletion, won't work. Oh and btw, I HAD a Gmail account but I lost everything awhile back in a system wipe. It was rather new, and I couldn't remember the details. Seems Google deleted it. Anyone have an invitation for me?
