2007/02/04 - emuControlCenter 0.7 released

Today, we release the Version 0.7.0 of emuControlCenter. The biggest news in ecc 0.7.0 are the new emulator-configuration screen, make it possible to assign more than one emu to an platform and direct select them. Also there is a new Listview implemented for a better overview of the roms. Many bugs are fixed and many features added.

The author, ecc, sent me some extra info. Here is what he said:

 

Hi,

i've seen, that you have added the release of emuControlCenter (ecc) to your new section.

 

Yesterday we've released the next version of ecc (v0.7)

 

There are many changes like a rom listview for a better overview, the possiblility to assign emulator direct to fileextension, but also use a global or alternate emulator for a platform (eg, N64 GloblalEmu:Project64, AltEmu:1964). Also we have added some new metafields like savetype (password, battery aso) and publisher. The configuration was recreated from the scratch and is really intuitive, also for beginners.

 

This is a tool pro beginners and pros, we think. Maybe you will get an overvie.
