so i decided im getting this video card

It has DVI, S-Video, HDTV out, and VGA and all these other things, But i want to hook my PC up to my TV as a second monitor, i dont have an HDTV or even an SVideo plug on my TV, So what the flock? Whats the cheapest way i can do this with adapters or whatever? Ive seen those VGA to Composite boxes but they are expensive, shouldn't there be an S-Video to composite adapter thats just like a cable? Or is there some kind of DVI to composite thing? And why does it even come with a composite yellow cable if it doesn't have the output?!

I'm pretty sure it's standard fare for all ATi (Or ATi based) cards to come with an S-Video - Composite adapter, I see one in the picture.

well i mean i need the output thats just the 1 yellow cable and not the blue green red.
