Help with the Win2DS source

the win2ds program is awesome, and i'm really hoping to use my DS as a remote control for my home theatre system using this program. there are a few problems with the way the program is setup which are restricting me from getting all the usage i want(need?). either way though, i've never programmed in C or C++ but i have experiences in other languages.

 

the main things i want to change are the default IP address of the server so i don't have to change it every time. also i'm having trouble getting hotkeys to work. ie. i want to have ctrl+alt+something open up itunes, but it won't work. however once i'm in itunes i can get control+right to change the song...

and finally is there any way i can change the default button mapping?

 

if someone could point me to the proper file(s) i need to edit, or even better tell me which variables i need to change that would be unbelievable. right now i'm running blind.
