Windows XP HE only uses 32 Bits of the processor. I want to buy this since it SEEMS to be able to speed up my computer. I want No more Slowdowns. So i wll invest in a new Graphics Card, more RAM and Windows x64.

When hardly any applications are x64 compatible, simply........NO.

If you have some apps and games you can get x64 patches for (Quake 4 I believe is one such title, as well as a SMALL handful of others) then maybe you should consider it. But otherwise, you aren't going to benefit whatsoever.
