I haven't played it yet, but a friend of mine said that it was basically an amalgam of Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2, and Generals.

 

Accurate description.

Demo doesn't let you play NOD. I was sad.

Only took an hour to download--had to find a website where I could get full speed on it though.

I went torrent for it, since every site was really slow. Got it in about an hour too.

i bought an X1950 PRO 512MB which i think is down to like 180 dollars now if not cheaper, its a decent card, i can run everything i throw at it at 1280X1024 maxed out with 16XAA and 8XAF or the other way around or something, jeez im tired. (i could probably go higher but i dont really feel the need to)

 

the 9800 series cards really amaze me though, i remember PC Gamer crapping their pants all over the place about it, and its amazing that you can still even today get away with using one and have a great gaming experience.

I never play a single RTS C&C game but I did play a few times of C&C: Renegade, don't remember if this fps was one of the good fps but it probably suck which I end up forgetting it.
