HELP with winmugen error

I recently downloaded winmugen and its great, but an error ocured the other day and when it happens it doesn't open mugen correctly. the error says application error(0cx0000005) IF YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!! I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT

It looks like your getting a GPF error to me. Don't realy know the cause it might be your player cache is set too high or the unload system setting in the mugen.cfg file

Error 5 = access denied. Unfortunately it could mean just about anything, the most common being the program is trying to use memory that doesn't belong to it. Other causes could be that you don't have enough rights to the files, or something may be read-only. Or maybe you had a file open that it wanted to write to.
