someboddy
Game: Battle Engine AquilaSystem: PC, PS2, X-BoxEmulators: none, get it on PC If you ever played a futuristic RTS and you sent a huge robot to destroy the enemy base, you probabaly wondered how fun it will be to drive this robot. In Battle Engine Aquila, that's exactly what you do!!! I want to introduce the battle engine, the newest weapon of the Forseti army. Since Muspell attacking Forseti, the battle engine is now part of the defence force of Forseti. You are Hawk Winter (who is the moron that gave him that name?), a forsetian dock worker, and it's your duty to save your country. The game is very balanced, means the battle engine is very powerful, but it can't deal with all the enemy units alone. But don't worry, you are not alone. You have an army! You can't control it, so it's a good idea to be with your tanks and just shoot at the enemy from distance. Now, you proberly think that with all that units in the games world, it runs pretty slow. W R O N G ! ! ! The game runs really fast, and the graphics are GREAT. This game is not a heavy mech-simulator like MechWarrior, it's half a 3D shooter. Only some of your weapons can heat (the ones that don't use ammo), and it doesn't effect the other functions of the battle engine. The HUD gives you a lots of info without hiding the game world. You can even see where the missiles came from. The only drawback is that there is no height meter and gyroscoop. Why do you need a height metter and gyroscoop? Because if you have enough energy, you can fly!!! You can do many cool things in the air, like diving to an enemy base and destroy it with grenades, or landing on an enemy planes and then shoot from where they can't reach you There isn't an online multiplayer, but there is a split screen multiplayer. You can play with your friend or against him/her. There are 9 maps, you can unlock 6 more, and you can play the same map over and over!!! If you read this line, then you are not in the store yet. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Go, Now!!! And the big finale - a big picture: Speed: 10 out of 10GamePlay: 11 out of 10Graphics: 10 out of 10Sound: 9 out of 10 Overall Score: 10Grade: A+ Overall I give this game a big
