Wizard
Shut Down Day I'm down for doing it, thing is, are you?
ken_cinder
Nope, not on a Friday. I pretty much leave my computer alone during the week, other than to check my email and my bank account. Friday/The Weekend is the only real time I have to use it for more than a short period of time.Make it a Monday and they'd have themselves a deal. I can go 1 week, not just 1 day, have before. Weirdy
But, then I have nothing to do. I could go out and buy a console, but I don't know how often I'd use it.
OverlordMondo
I was away from my computer for four days on a business trip, I'll just count that as Shutdown Day and move along.

Mooney
I might be able to... especially since DSOrganise has a web browser built in, so I'll just get my intrawebs fix via my DS.
Smilee
Sure, it's always good to get out of the house for a while.
OverlordMondo
I'm pretty sure computers that don't run windows count as things you're turning off during the exercise. Ditching your windows PC for a Gamecube or some such isn't really shutting down your computers.

OverlordMondo
i tried and failed. my computer is in control here, not me. EDIT: according to ^, im not cheating, im on a mac! That is correct. Macs are not considered computers. They're more or less equivalent to an abacus, which is completely legal during the challenge.
