Derek
So, I'm trying to make some video files to watch on my DSlite via Moonshell (or perhaps DSO, we'll see). In my study, I found that the DPG format is considered superior to the older GBM video files. I've been able to convert a few WMV files to DPG with no problem at all. But, I'm running into a snag when it comes to getting new video files I want, and then converting them to DPG. For instance, files from Google Video. When using a third-party website such as KeepVid, I can get AVI files that appear to work normally, but are defunct when it comes to converting them over via BatchDPG. KeepVid gives me the option to instead download FLV files, or I can save directly from Google Video in the GVI file format, but I haven't been able to figure out if these file types are usable by BatchDPG. I have similar problems with saved YouTube files. Any suggestions or helpful hints?
Robert
All I know is that Google and Youtube use FLV files, and I play them on a FLV player that I got from the bitcomet site. Never heard of DPG or GBM, sorry.
Mooney
You could try Moonshell DPG Tools instead of BatchDPG. Get it HERE.
