Guest camzie Posted April 12, 2007 Share Posted April 12, 2007 I really want to download a DS emulator!!! everytime I download one it comes as a WinZip file and as usual, I unzip it. I get the ".exe" out and double-click it. Two windows come out and then a small pop-up Box comes out and says "LoadLibrary failed Error code = 0000007E" What should I do? ken_cinder Posted April 12, 2007 Share Posted April 12, 2007 Sounds like you aren't extracting the whole thing. That error would pertain to the arm9 DLL from what I can gather, make sure you're unpacking the entire archive to a folder and not just the EXE. Guest camzie Posted April 12, 2007 Share Posted April 12, 2007 I tried unpacking everything.... but its still there... since I was so desprate, I tried unpacking everything out... downloaded plugins and some other stuff that was placed in that site... even though the one I downloaded was a complete emulator.
