Agozer
Save the file you download to your HDD, then get WinRAR (or any other file compression program that can handle RAR files) and extract the contents of the compressed RAR archive to a folder of your choice. P.S. You should stop using Internet Explorer. Seriously.

Agozer
You need to run nullDC first, then select the CD image you want to run via File --> Normal Boot. Very few emulators can handle direct file associations without problems and CD images should never be "run" just by double-clicking them or trying to associate them with a program. Always run games from within the emulator itself. I don't know how well nullDC supports homebrew games, so I can't tell you whether it'll run or not. Robert
The first few lines of that thing says that you have some files missing from your data folder. Read the messages, and move those files to where it expects them to be.
