Weirdy Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 I've actually been feeling very good today for a change.
Gryph Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 I was stressed but now I'm just aimlessly drifting. I like that feeling. I will be stressed in a few months though.
LoRd_SnOw Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 When im stressed out i play geometry wars, or hang out with my nephews for a while. they always find something todo, not everything has to be an effort when doing something
iq_132 Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 I don't generally stress out that bad. As for depression, the only two options are 1. calling a close friend 2. calling my parents. My worst problem is anxiety, a lot of situations absolutely knot up my stomach to the point of throwing up.
Cominus Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 I usually play games (non-fighting, they cause more stress), draw, listen to music, or go outside to take a walk or play basketball. I haven't played basketball since I was a child. What about strip basketball?
OverlordMondo Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 Sports aren't my thing. I do almost the minimum amount of exercise needed to stay marginally healthy. I'm not in any sort of competitive shape. Given how I react to competition, playing any sport would definitely increase stress.
