Shoma
I have one big problem with it. Once you look at it and the moment is gone, the crap remains in your head. Unless you're a zen buddhist -- which you probably wouldn't be looking at porn if you were -- then trying to clear your mind after the fact is definitely a challenge. For that reason only, I've seldomly ever looked at porn. I can testify to that mi amigo! Jacked up my head for awhile, never find masturbation as relief(nor done it period). One time, couldn't even write a story w/o thinking about someway the characters are gonna get down! But minds who try to understand their inner glow really trouble with porn affecting their minds. While others just accept and become PROUD porn lovers. Kinda like those pple who actually posts comments on porn/hentai sites.THen again, i could be weak minded...

Hawq
Beer & Whisky, when I can afford em or get them as presents, great ways to drown out the stress & depression, though I'm so used to depression now that I barely even notice it most times
Chaotica
When I am stressed, heavy metal blasts away all the tension. Nothing like a bedroom mosh to shoo away the stress. When I am depressed, I tend to sleep it out, and things get better after awhile as I slowly realise I am being sad over something that is trivial, or something I know I can handle. Writing your feelings onto paper also works, because when your write about your depression and read it back to yourself, it dawns on you that insignificant things are giving you the blues. And while some perfectly normal people get depressed because of life circumstances, others do indeed have a chemical imbalance. I have a mild form of it. It just means it takes more to make you feel happy, and you tend to be feel slightly lower then the average person more often. Treatment for this is usually an antidepressant, like Aropax, combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The former helps to kick you into better spirits, and helps you control your mood while you undergo the therapy, which helps you see the flaws of your thinking and be more positive. It's a slow process but it definately paid dividends for me a few years ago. And Drop Dead Ed, you remind me of Fatal Rose for some reason.
