What game has the best soundtrack?

I said most music games have good soundtracks.

DJ Max, Guitar Hero just to name a few.

 

But non-music games, I go for KOF 96 - 98. I would say they have the best soundtrack where the bgm will stick in your heads for ages.

I can still remember Chizuru's 96 BGM till now

MVC soundtrack kinda pisses me off after awhile.

How can you not love the five second sound clip they loop during team selection?

A lot of the Sonic the Hedgehog music was great. I especially liked the Marble Zone theme.
