The best emulator is in my opinion Magic Engine, but it's not free so you will have to buy it or find a cracked one. A good alternative is Yame.

I have a copy of Magic Engine retail........don't think it's the very latest version though. (0.98 is the latest isn't it? I have 0.96)

 

And I think HuGo is better than Yame (But to each his own)

i know magic engine is supposed to be the best, in my opinion that emu sucks, it looks and operates like a pre ww2 emu, maybe it has the best compatibility and stuff but is far away from being as gr8 as they say, gonna try others emu to see how they work, besides charging price for tat emu is insane

as far as emulators go, I like Hugo-X, just because:

A) the gui doesnt suck ass.

built in kaillera client/server

C) joypad + TV = <3

As long as the key hasn't been reported to the Magic Engine creators, if you have the crack for Magic Engice (filename PCE.key) then it'll work w/ any version of magic engine.
