Dreamcast file help

I am trying to run sonic adventure 2 but i am not sure how to start. When i got the file it was like this:

The files name as circled says it's a "[DC] Dreamcast - Sonic Adventure 2 (cdi - self - tested).zip". Is there a way to join these files. I tried using hj-join but it said error no files to join.

Open the first part in WinRAR. Extract to a folder. The rest of the parts follow suit automatically. Blame whoever uploaded that for being a douche and not naming the archives properly.

it doesnt want to extract. I tried opening it with winrar but it doesnt want to. Also thier is a met file at the end. what is that for?

Then figuratively punch whoever made the archive straigh in the face. Then punch him some more. Then find yourself a program that can join split files together.
