Split Video Software Wanted (not hjsplit)

I need help to find a software(not hjsplit) that can split a 900MB video into smaller 20MB parts which can play independantly without the need of rejoining so that I only have to save the selected parts in my hard drive for future watching. Any hints, everyone? Thanks in advance.

I've had problems with that, too, but it does work pretty well most of the time. It's been useful for school projects.
