Save wont work using NullDC/Chankast?

I am playing Marvel Vs Capcom 2

I download a save game off the net (all characters and stuff)

Copy the .vmi & .vms files to Chankast install directory

When I open VMS browser click import save, choose the vms and vmi file.

Load my game, then when game starts it loads the save

But my load still didnt work (no extra characters)

 

Anyone who could guide me on the proper way to load downloaded save games using the VMS browser of chankast?

Like a step by step thing? Coz when I load DCI savefile it says memory full

I already formatted the virtual memory card using the BIOS at chankast startup

 

I tired formattign the VMS using the bios but no luck

I Cnt get the memory tool of NullDC to work though
