All I can think of is how they managed to get the van in there... but they could have maneuvered around the bollards I suppose :/

1 has a broom, the other a shovel. I don't think the shovel has anything to do with it, as they're just moving stuff with it, but yeah how did they get the van in there? Looks like it wouldn't fit between those posts.

 

edit: WAIT A MINUTE! They were putting those posts in, and parked the van on the inside! Look at the fresh concrete around them.

They aren't, I'd imagine the other slabs were there already, they just put posts in those places and filled em. Looks like they're just cleaning up.

You know not to ruin Mooney's day but i think they can get out without removing anything. It might be a tight squeeze but i think its possible.
