how can I play Sonic rivals on the PC whit a PSP emulator?

I have the rom, i only need the emulator and some instructions

I don't think there's much PSP emulators out there. PSPE doesn't run commercial games. You could try that new potemkin emulator though. I'm not sure if it'll run sonic rivals though.

Potemkin (a.k.a. DaSH) was crap. It claimed to emulate Puzzle Bobble Pocket (J) and a few others, but it couldn't even run that for me.
