BlackKnight Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 'Nuff said. Looks great so far. This, along with the Raiden and Volgin incidents, reminds me that there is definitely something queer going on over at the Kojima Productions office.
ken_cinder Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 I'm so glad it's coming to the 360, because with this and GT5, my wife would cut my peepee off when I went out and bought a PS3.

Wizard Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Well so far no announcement has been made for a 360 Version, but a Konami exce did hint it might head to the 360 due to the rising costs of this game's development.
BlackKnight Posted July 25, 2007 Author Posted July 25, 2007 They confirmed there would be no 360 version at this year's E3. http://kotaku.com/gaming/e307/metal-gear-s...ries-277361.php

BlackKnight Posted July 25, 2007 Author Posted July 25, 2007 Personally I reckon Metal Gear Online is a splinter mode stripped from MGS4 proper and turned into its own game so that it can be sold on all the platforms at get around this icky exclusivity business. My guess would be that is where the revenue will be made up- not by an MGS4 port per se, but by this new game cobbled together from MGS4 assets.

Wizard Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Ah but MGS3 didn't get relased on Xbox though. It was just re-released for the PS2 with more features, this was probebly done because MGS2-SubStance got alot of negative feedback on the port (looking medicore and handles like a PoS on Xbox).
