I'm not sure of the legality of modchip bios' for PS2. Anyone mind filling me in?

Those ones, like the ones for the DMS4 chip's Toxic OS are fine, since they aren't deconstructed or reverse-engineered Sony code.

 

I can't speak for anything in the PS3 or Wii sections though.
