A question about modding my ds.

I have been wondering is it possible to put better speakers in a ds. the speakers that come with it aren't that good, and that'd be cool putting better speakers on it. So if anyone knows if its been done or how to do it please post here.

well you'd need speakers that fit so you can close the ds, you gotta open it up and all, speakers that will work with the wiring etc.

 

a simple solution:

 

take a nice speaker set you like and make it as small as possible while still working, solder it together to the sides or top of the DS, then connect to headset port,

 

some need a power source though, so it may not be best.

 

I never opened a DS, better ask some people around who have, there are some decent mini speakers out there, like from headsets.
