Mooney
My emulator emulates the fairly unkown COMX-35 computer from the early 80s and also some other 1802 based machines like the Cosmac Elf, Studio II and Cidelsa. Current version is 0.8.3 and I'm still working on improvements, mainly on additional HW support for the COMX like disk support, printer and other.Source / Downloads (For Windows) Thanks to Reaper Man (a.k.a. bmecoli) for the tip! Marcel
Hi All, For anyone interested in the COMX emulator, we managed to get hold of an image of an original COMX master disk! With that and a dump of the rom I managed to get the disk support running in the emu. Disk image was made by Dennis Heijmans with the Omniflop tool. The new emu version 0.8.6 is now available on the COMX site: http://www.comxclub.hobby-site.com/ under 'Emulator'. Either click one of the screens or the link in the text. The installation package includes all needed files and the COMX master with COMX DOS 1.4. Next steps could be printer and 80 column support if anyone can provide a rom dump of either including any technical details...... Please let me know if you have any problems or find any bugs. Cheers, Marcel
