I ahve not had the pleasure to be honest.

However owning both the Ps1 and Dreamcast verion i could safely guess tha the game is of a high stndard, the DC version was sOipOib.

One of the few fighting games were i actually tried to remember all of the moves.

- Played it For Arcade, Xbox, and GameCube...

==THE VERDICT==

------------------------------------------------

- Smoother Graphics and Background Enhancements

- Still No Fighting Outside of the background like Dead or Alive.

- Some New Characters, but mostly the same.

- Very Similiar to Soul Calibur I, and also same background sounds. "The Soul Still Lives For Blah Blah!!"

The Bad.. with Soul Calibur II...

- It's hard to really see some new stuff, you see it here in there, but they really haven't advanced. Its mostly just graphics enhancements, 4-5 new characters, more decent backgrounds, and 2 or 4 new combos. You really don't see anything extremely new. Too much "same", I think if they worked on this game a little bit more it would be a hell of a lot better.

I'm getting the Xbox version on import since I can't be bothered waiting. The reason I choose the Xbox version over Gamecube is that Link doesn't seem to fit into the game as much as Spawn, slightly better graphics, dolby 5.1 and I don't like using the GC pad for fighters.

X-Box is better. Spawn is the only character out of the 3 exclusives that plays well in SCII.
