I agree with Robert that the filter should be off for the Spam forum. But that shouldn't mean it should become a place to abuse bad words and such.

What spam forum? I don't see one. Is this some elitist thing that I need permission to access spam?

once you hit a certain post count you'll gain access to it... it's a secret though
