ME! Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 lactose is a natural sugar found in dairy products. for some reason, my stomach cant digest it properly. it is possable, though, to extract the lactose from milk, cheese, ice cream etc. for some reason, though, i cant ever seem to find lactose free ice cream at the store, so i dont eat ice cream at all. oh well, its ok. i usually go with orange sherburt or a slurppy, when i want a cold treat.
emsley Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 So what happens if you accedntly eat a icescream with natrul dairy sugur? Does it just chill out in your stomach or do you puke and call for huwy... Huuuwwwwyyyyyyyyyy!!! During my little stint at college science was talking about lactose intolarant it just goes to show my memory is useless.
ME! Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 yah, thats basically it. i just get really sick. thats why i avoid eating out when i can. you can never be too sure what they are putting in your food.
