Merging Two AVI Files

Does anyone know how I can merge two AVI files?

 

So the next will play after the first one is done?

Any video editing software can do it. Window's stock Windows Movie Maker can do it by dragging both files into the timeline then encoding it.

 

Edit: Should be moved to PC section.

avidemux is a freeware that can do that

if you have a linux installation

-cat file1.avi file2.avi >file.avi

-then get "mencoder"

$mencoder -forceidx -ovc copy -oac copy file.avi -o joinedfile.avi
