Problem with NullDC

Whenever I try to start NullDC from the folder, I get this error

 

and when I try to download and install the setup version, I get this error

ok, new problem, it doesnt want to start up any game, it just shows blank, I have the bios and flash.

The Dreamcast emulators operate the same way as the actual console. That is, if you boot the console/emulator without a game, the Dreamcast BIOS boots instead. If the IOP just gets a blank screen, there's something wrong.

ATI X800 PRO 256MB

1GB RAM

AMD +3400 2.4Ghz

200GB free space

 

and yeah, I do have Daemon tools, I used both the cd-rom emulation and the image-reader from NullDC. But still shows blank

no, it works on Chankast.

it also doesnt go to the boot menu
