Shibathedog
try www.dailymotion.com They have pretty decent speeds/uptime and all that and you won't hear any complaining about stuff like that (Its not that they encourage copyright infringement they just don't really care i guess)
Ahmad89
Its not looking for a site that wont take the video down. Its a site that is FAMOUS that we (as in GC) need to upload the videos to, like YOUTUBE.COM.
Shibathedog
oh okay. I didn't think we where trying to attract users through YouTube, I thought people on the site trying to view the video from here (embedded somewhere) was the point of the video. Either way though, people DO go to other sites besides YouTube for videos :/ (people are going to THAT site to watch TV shows and Movies for example) Put the videos back on YouTube, thats crap, look at all the videos of Modified Xboxs. None of them are being taken down and alot of them show people playing pirated games. The crappy part of it is though, is that they are responsible for all of their content, not us, the uploaders, so they can delete whatever they want for no reason and there isn't much you can do about it but point out why they are wrong and hope they agree with you. Ahmad89
Embedding the video is a smart idea but i think people choose to go to Youtube and search for tutorials thier. At least for these kind of things, i think.
Shoma
Is the ESA and the DMCA diffrent?
Wizard
DMCA is a bunch of fruity laws, ESA is what governs the ESRB.
