It's not that bad a deal- you'll probably end up with a prog scan TV sooner or later. My bigger issue is the massive bordering you still get when playing games.

 

I'm tempted the same way though, but I'm just giving it a miss for now.

I hve tried it at the vendor's shop. The border is not that bad.

But it makes everything look not as nice though.

 

On the other hand, watching movie using it is simply awesome.

 

After using the PSP fat for so long, using PSP Slim need a little time

to get used to it since it is so light and seems so fragile

HDTVs usually have the Zoom feature, wouldnt that work?

I doubt it. If the screen can be zoomed, i don't think people will complain it much.

 

I just test the cable on my TV. My TV do have component outlet but did not support progressive scan. SO, it means I can watch movies on the TV but can't play PSP games on it
