Robert Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 IBM-PC emulator PCem v0.2 Changes since v0.1: - Emulates Amstrad PC1640, IBM AT- With PC1640 comes Paradise EGA emulation- With IBM AT comes 286 emulation (including protected mode - Windows 3.1)- Trident VGA emulation for IBM machines- Hard disc emulation- 8086 now runs up to 16mhz, 286 up to 25mhz- Soundblaster 2.0 emulation- IBM 5150 PC now has 640k- Fixed bug in INC/DEC flags, Qbasic now works- Fixed bug in ADC, Windows 3.0 linedraw now works- Fixed bug with segment overrides- Mouse now works in Windows PCem emulates the following machines: - IBM 5150 PC (1981)- IBM 5160 XT (1983)- IBM AT (1984)- Tandy 1000 (1985)- Amstrad PC1512 (1986)- Amstrad PC1640 (1987)- Sinclair PC200/Amstrad PC20 (1988) PCem emulates the following graphics adapters : - MDA- Hercules- CGA- PC1512- Tandy- PC1640- VGA - PCem emulates a Trident VGA. Pcem emulates the following sound devices : - PC speaker- Tandy PSG- Gameblaster- Adlib- Sound Blaster - A Sound Blaster 2 is emulated. Sound input and ADPCM are not emulated yet. Other stuff emulated : Serial mouse - A Microsoft compatible serial mouse on COM1. Compatible drivers are all over the place for this.PC1512 mouse - The PC1512's perculiar quadrature mouse.
