Hey guys.

 

I've been out the loop for a while thanks to a half bricked psp. Finally got it working again (thanks to the help some of you gave me) and i was wondering what update is the best to have these days? I'm running 3.03 OE-A which is ok but a bit picky with which PS1 games it wants to play. Idealy i'm after something that'll run PS1 and back up games. Any sugestions?

I heard this one has some problems with homebrew stuff

I haven't noticed anything except PSPRadio doesn't work(but it was made ages ago for like in the 2.7 or w/e firmwares)

But I like how I can change the clock rate while in the XMB(not in the web browser) by just pushing select.

3.71 M33 doesn't work with homebrew based on the 1.50 kernel unless you get the 1.50 kernel addon by Dark_AleX.

To get to 3.71 M33 you'd first need to go to 3.52 M33 and update from there.

 

I say just go with something like 3.51 M33 or 3.52. Its only one step from where you're at, not 2. Less flashing = less risk.
