R4 Set up (newbie)

Hello, Im new at this. Just pick up an R4. How do I use it ? I look at the CD that came with in and it did not show any instruction on downloading or loading games.

Well, first you'll need a microSD card. After you get that, put NDS ROMs (don't ask where to get those; Google is your friend) onto the microSD card and put the card into the R4 and then the R4 goes into your DS.
