What does this mean?

What I/O Interface are you currently using? It's quite obvious that ASAPI won't work unless you install the manager first.

 

SPTI - Microsoft

 

I can't find the ASAPI manager link, the link it provides doesn't direct me to the download.

 

It only happens with a certain ISO. 2 others don't have this problem.

Tracking servo failure can indicate that your drive is busted or already on it's way to hardware heaven.

I had same kind of tracking errors start appearing randomly when trying to burn stuff with my old drive, regardless of what software I used.

I didn't want to believe it, but the truth of the matter is, that the DVD-RW burner I'm using has been sitting around the house for nearly 3 years without being used.

 

That would most likely explain the failures, it just didn't make much since because I was able to burn ISOs weeks ago without any problems.
