Shoma
okay... As we all know, my cpu is as old as me...Therefore until i get a new one, I can only make VCDs....Now, There's a file, that is 732mb, since my cpu onyl reconizes CDRs, i need to convert into a mpg file, then put it on the CD.But as we all know, the average CD has a max space of 700mb....So is there a video shrinker that will lower the size of my mpg, so i will be able to put it on the CD? Ghosty
Any video encoding program will work for you.Like http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html Just change the video bitrate by 200-300bps, you'll see what I mean.It basically lowers the quality by a little. There for making it smaller.
