See the sVc Chaos that was released yesterday is and still is a BOOTLEG. Many characters still have messed up sounds and moves. Expect the full release though soon, this was just like a preety preview to be honest even though the game is fully playable. There is really no such thing has "sVc Plus", the author of the BOOTLEG just added the plus to show there is a difference to the real dump. I believe its Naomi, but don't quote me on that. The rom I've been waiting for is SVC, I saw the pics and a few vids and that just made the wait worse.
