They haven't put anything up for him yet. He was confirmed along with Sim, Ryu, Ken and Chun when the first previews hit.

I heard it will be for PC too, nice to know since I mostly do everything on my PC and don't currently own a console. The PC lacks any decent fighters as well as other genres and mech games.

Capcom has confirmed that Street Fighter IV will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows, release date is undecided. In addition, the Hollywood movie "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li" will launch in North America in February 2009; Kristin Kreuk and Michael Clarke Duncan will play as Chun Li and Bison respectively.

 

I mean WTF?!? Even using Zhiyi Zhang as Chun Li would be more credible.
