Agozer
Your computer isn't fast enough to handle SSF at constant speed. Saturn has nine different processors, two of which are considered main CPUs and another two for controlling the video data. The rest are for sound and CD-ROM, among a few other things. These processors need to be in perfect or near-perfect sync, which is why Saturn emulation is much more demanding than say, PSX. Plus, all rendering in SSF is done via software which further slows it down. Yabause is faster than SSF because it uses OpenGL for rendering. However, Yabause's compatibility is much lower than SSF's. If you want SSF to run faster, get a faster processor, preferably a Dual Core one.
