R4 or M3 Real

I'm a real newbie at these emulation carts.

 

I've done some research and im stuck between these 2 carts.

 

Do they both support WI-FI play?

 

If yes, which one should I get, bearing in mind I can get M3 Real cheaper?

I know for sure that the R4 can play ROMs on Wifi, and I'm pretty sure the M3 Real can, too. I'd say go with the M3 Real, since I haven't heard anything bad about it yet, and it is cheaper.

I've managed to get hold of a .nds file is tht the rom i need to drag and drop onto the root.
