Creating a Character

I need a tutorial on how to create a Mugen character from scratch, it may be a hard task but I am willing to learn from anyone who can teach me.

this showed up after a basic google search. there's some links to 4 youtube videos. I haven't gotten into character design too much though so I won't be able to help you if you have any queries regarding what that guy shows you in the videos tho. sorry.
