Guitar Hero 3 For PC

So i got it and i want to let you all know that the MINIMUM system Requirements according to the game are FALSE!

 

Those are my system specs and the game runs fine on low settings on my 32' HDTV.

 

PC MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

 

* Operating System: Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista

* CPU Processor: Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) 2.8GHZ or AMD Athlon 64 3500+

* Memory: XP - 1 GB RAM, Vista – 2GB RAM

* Hard Disk Space: 5.1 GB + 1GB Swap File

* Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

* Video Card: 3D Hardware Accelerator Card Required – 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible 128 MB Video Memory

* Video Card (ATI): Radeon X800

* Video Card (Nvidia): Geforce 7600

* Media Required: 4X DVD-ROM drive

* Windows XP/Vista compatible mouse and keyboard with latest drivers

* Guitar Hero 3 Official PC Guitar Controller

 

 

And yet i can run this? The game is Nice

There's already another GH3 thread in the computer speak forum, where this thread should belong as well. But great info tho, now I know my laptop can run it.

The game doesn't look impressive graphically so I'm surprised at the high requirements.

Actually it is, but thats only if your computer can support the High settings. You have no choice but to drop the settings because If you lag, then the game is completely Unplayable as it is a game built on perfect timing
