On this emulator, the Mortal Kombat games run very choppy, why is this?

if you want to play mortal kombat 1 and 2,3 then you either have to use mamex-b6 or mameox0.72.

the midway drivers were updated after 0.72.

you can play all the mortal kombat games on mameox 128plus,but you have to disable the sound and this includes ultimate mortal kombat trilogy.

mameox0.72 is probably the best version to use for the mk games.

really? 0.72, what about the romset does it have to be the mk roms from that mame release?

really? 0.72, what about the romset does it have to be the mk roms from that mame release?

no,coz i originally had roms for mamex-b6,and i just transferred the mk roms over to mameox and they work a charm.i think its certain roms that seem to get updated from my experience anyway.

and these same roms played on mameox128 and mamedox arcades,sound disabled obviously.

hmmm I might add all midway games backs in next arcades..... and get it to disable the sound automatically for Narc, Rampage World Tour, NBA Jam and MK series
