Setting up Raiden Fighters

I've had trouble trying to get this arcade game to run on my computer and have almost completely given up so I was hoping someone here could tell me what files to download and instructions. Thanks

Find and download rdft.zip - Raiden Fighters (Japan set 1)

 

Put it as is into your roms folder - Do NOT unzip

 

Run the game.
