Cardeezee1 Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Im pretty new to this emu/rom downloading but all i wanna do is be able to download the right emu and learn how to load the game in it.Lol i just wanna play neo-geos (double dragon) from my computer.

For a Windows-based emulator you could try here As for rom downloading, that information cannot be provided here for obvious reasons. BlackKnight Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Key tip. Find your emulator and roms, get them both setup, but don't forget the NeoGeo BIOS rom. It's called 'neogeo.zip' and you need to put that in the same folder as your other roms to get any of them to work.
Cardeezee1 Posted February 17, 2008 Author Posted February 17, 2008 oh ok thx to u both.but also is it possible to get a just a lil bit more detail on proceedure to getting the neo-geo rom/emulator to play?.I know where to get my roms at but do i extract and select the bin files then put on top of the emulator.Well lol i got the process down for snes.But this neo-geo one is a tuffie.Thanks for anymore help.Oh and sorry for multi posting.
BlackKnight Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Put the rom zip (don't extract anything) in a folder along with neogeo.zip. Open your emulator and select the directory with those roms and get it to scan for which games are available. Which emulator are you using?

BlackKnight Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 -Open FBA.-Game > Load Game, click 'Rom Dirs...' button. Locate the folder with the roms.-Click 'Rescan Roms' button.-Tick 'Show NeoGeo' and 'Show Available Only.'-Double-click your game's name on the list.
