BlackKnight Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Who wants to play some Turok on Live? Maybe some small FFA or co-op?
BlackKnight Posted February 19, 2008 Author Posted February 19, 2008 Yeh- there's also CTF and a mode like Assault from UT.
L.S.D Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Ok, gimme by end of this week to get a copy. Then, we can play during weekends. BTW, thought you are working?!? So free?!?
BlackKnight Posted February 19, 2008 Author Posted February 19, 2008 It's evening here. Plus I'll get a few chances to check the internet at work. But gah only by the end of the week? I'm going on holidays this Saturday :/.
L.S.D Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 No choice. I am not free these few days, only weekends

Can't wait to get some decently pinged multiplayer Hey, how is the Turok compared to the old masterpieces Turok 1 & 2 for N64? I'm planing on getting the PC port. Will it be possible to play it with the XBox gamers online?

Well, I think the gameplay is basically that same thing only heavily refined, while the setup is completely different. The bow and knife kick way more ass than they ever have before, but if you were expecting a real bare-shirted tribal in'jun hero then you'll miss that. This new Turok is basically a marines vs aliens shooter where the aliens just so happen to be dinosaurs and with a slight stealth / hunting element thrown in. To summarise; its a great game IMO but very different to the older Turoks.

Because I don't need another new regular shooter for my PC.
BlackKnight Posted March 29, 2008 Author Posted March 29, 2008 So anyone want to play with me? Anyone at all??
