West warns Serbia against violence

A U.S. embassy spokeswoman said families of diplomats and support staff were being evacuated after rioters stormed the mission in Belgrade and set it on fire on Thursday. The ambassador and core staff would remain.

 

"We believe that yesterday's attacks on our embassy were conducted by hooligans and thugs," a White House spokesman said in Washington.

 

A young man was found dead in the U.S. embassy. The British, German, Croatian and Turkish missions were also attacked.

 

I read about this yesterday and still cannot find out if the one person found dead inside was a rioter or a U.S. military personal.

 

Anyone know?

 

And the statement by the White House is a joke Hooligans and Thugs. What a choice of words.

I really don't understand why those really tiny countries smaller than many cities in the west make such a big deal about ethnic stuff. Why they would kill and die for it. Like Rodney once said "Can't we all get along"

CTV news reported that the charred remains was a rioter yesterday night when I was watching the news waiting for Daily show.

The Serbs are dicks. I beat over half of those rioters don't even know what they're rioting for and/or Kosovo doesn't even touch their lives in any way.

It's quite scary though. Russia is on their side to avoid any of their territories left from independence, same with Spain. But if they get involved then NATO has to get involved and then "Houston, we have a problem"
